Digital Climate Group has entered into a partnership with Japan-based Al startup Rutilea, engaging in Al development and vertical Al businesses. Through the collaboration, the two companies will leverage the power of Al to expand the impact investment market in Japan.

DCG is on a mission to accelerate green finance through the power of technology, and through a platform that utilizes Al and blockchain technology, it supports the financing of companies and projects that contribute to global sustainability.
Rutilea provides a comprehensive Al development platform and GPU cloud services, assisting you throughout the process- from choosing the ideal Al models to setting up and operating your development environment. They also offer secure, closed-environment operations with a focus on robust security.
In the field of impact investing, there has been so little to finance small and medium-sized projects, and the gap between the supply and demand of funds has widened. In addition, as exemplified by the term "greenwashing," there remains a strong concern from investors regarding the measurement of impact, and the construction of transparent financing schemes has been an issue.
DCG has used Al to create semi-supervised Al learning for impact data classification, and by adopting blockchain technology, it has realized transparency of the impact returned to investors by publishing impact data onto a decentralized Oracle network. Moreover, DCG is working on a green bond qualification and credit assessment tools to incorporate Al advantages to the impact investment business side.
DCG and Rutilea will collaborate by combining DCG's expertise in impact investment, Al, and blockchain technology with Rutilea's advanced Al development capabilities and secure cloud infrastructure. Together, we aim to address key challenges in the Japanese impact investment market, such as the lack of financing for small and medium-sized sustainable projects and the need for greater transparency in impact measurement. The partnership will help scale credible, data-backed green investments in Japan while opening new opportunities across Asia and the Middle East.
