Digital Climate (ME) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Climate Group (DCG), has been granted a Financial Services Permission (FSP) by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This regulatory approval marks a major milestone in DCG’s expansion in the Middle East, enhancing its ability to deliver institutional-grade climate and impact investment solutions across global markets.

The license authorizes Digital Climate (ME) Limited to conduct regulated activities, specifically:

• Advising on Investments or Credit

Operating under the oversight of the FSRA, Digital Climate (ME) Limited will focus on structuring and distributing investment opportunities linked to critical impact sectors such as sustainable infrastructure, food security, and energy transition. These services will primarily target institutional investors and large-scale developers across the region and internationally.
