Hong Kong, April 8, 2026 – Digital Capital Group (DCG), a digital-native investment banking platform, and Kyobo Securities, one of Korea’s leading financial investment firms, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop technology-driven solutions for the origination, tokenization, and distribution of institutional-grade real-world assets across Asia-Pacific.

The partnership brings together DCG’s digital investment banking infrastructure and global asset origination capabilities with Kyobo Securities’ advanced digital finance platform and institutional distribution network. Together, the firms aim to build a scalable framework for tokenized securities, enabling broader investor access to infrastructure, energy transition, and digital economy assets through compliant digital securities structures.
